Kristie LaMar-Ballet and Pointe

Krisite began dancing at age five with the Fresno Ballet in California. She continued her dance training at the International School of Classical Ballet in the Professional Division program under the direction of Vera Altunina, Deborah Hadley, Stanko Milov, Eva Stone, and Jerry Tassin, taking classes in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, character, and teaching. As a company member of International Ballet Theatre, Kristie performed leading roles in numerous ballets, including Older Clara in The Nutcracker, Lucy and Mina in Dracula, Aurora in Aurora's Wedding, and Swanilda in Coppelia. Kristie is excited to start another dance year at Studio 1.
