About Us Founded in 1987 by Sue Warter, Studio 1 is backed with over 30 years of dance instruction experience. Studio 1 provides Professional dance instruction in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Combination classes. Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Studio 1 has established a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime! Studio I History Studio 1 began in Maltby, WA and then moved to downtown Woodinville (Woodgate Mall). This allowed us with the opportunity to create a high quality dance studio, providing the very best atmosphere to promote the love of dance. Our state-of- the-art Woodinville facility provides three professional "floating" hardwood floor studios and wall to wall mirrors. We pride ourselves in offering quality teachers and excellent dance education.
Studio 1's Philosophy: Studio 1 is ran by Mother/Daughter, Sue Warter/Beth Ith. As a family oriented studio, we encourage performing to build self confidence, self esteem, coordination and personal enjoyment through the love of dance.
